They were shooting haphazardly but there were no known casualties.<\/p>\n<p>Sallihu said the town did not have any troops and residents relied on vigilantes to protect them. \u201cWe in Debro are aware of the insecurity we live with but there\u2019s nothing we can do about it. They attack us when they feel like.
