Hello and a very warm welcome!
Today in the program we will be discussing frequent airstrikes on civilians by the Nigerian Air Force operating in the country’s conflict-ravaged north.
Civilian casualties in the fight against insurgents are common but rarely acknowledged by the government. The military usually calls them “operational errors”.
Our guests are;
- Teniola Tayo, a researcher, Lake Chad Basin programme, at the Institute for Security Studies.
- Christantus Lapang, a national conflict analyst.
